Moss Rehab Hospital and American DanceWheels Foundation Presents Social Dance Classes for Dancers Using Wheelchairs and Standing Partners. Take a Chance, You Can Dance!
We are looking for dancers who use wheelchairs part or full-time and able-bodied dancers for two wheelchair ballroom and Latin dance classes starting Saturday, September 11th, 2010. Come alone or with a partner. Children, teens, adults, and seniors of all ages and abilities are welcome. Participants taking the course must be able to move their own wheelchair and follow direction. Power and manual wheelchairs may participate. No experience is required for seated or standing participants. We Want You!

Our ten week session has already begun. The new classes began April 24th and will commence July 17th. There will be no class May 29th, Memorial Day weekend and July 3rd, weekend of 4th of July.
Singles fee will be $120 Couples Fee will be $170

Two classes are offered at Widener Memorial School. Mondays at 12:50 pm and Wednesdays at 9:50 am. Our standing partners are Recreational Therapy students from Temple University. All of the dancers learn a lot of new moves and have fun doing it!
These classes will resume for the Fall semester.
